First I find it far too high and second the process to refund it was very strange. At check in they charged my credit card $1000 and then at check out they said they had to run it again for another $1000 before they could refund the original $1000. Amenities/gym not as indicated in VRBO . Gym is not available. It has been neglected and needs a significant amount of work to reopen.
