«Kadia's Place was exactly what we needed for a weekend stay in Cedar Rapids. It was clean, easy check-in and out, and excellent communication by our host! It is small, dated, and very basic but perfect for a comfortable place to sleep at night for my husband, our adult son, and myself. It's close enough to walk to Coe College which is why we were in town, and convenient to anywhere in the Cedar Rapids downtown area without actually being downtown. Thanks for a great stay!»

«We had 8 adults and 5 children in our group for 3 nights here for a memorable Hawkeye football family weekend. It's older, eclectic and minimalist (kind of a frat house vibe) and could definitely use some TLC. As a previous reviewer mentioned, the driveway is quite steep so we were glad it wasn't icy.
