«Found the studio ok on the surface, but not up to usual Vrbo standards mainly because the ‘host’ was in contact remotely, so the problems we encountered were not able to be dealt with straight away. The shower was Luke warm and hardly more than a dribble, still not sorted after 2 nights. We were cold at night and requested blankets for the next night, but was dismissed via text as not being available. The kitchen sink didn’t have a working plug, so made washing pots difficult. «Grayz Studio was perfect. I’d visited the tea room before, but never knew this lovely place was just upstairs. It was a lovely place to be, whether for wandering around Steep Hill, or for getting breakfast downstairs and staying in to work. Clean, sunny, well-appointed—and a giant welcome scone when I arrived! Thanks for a marvelous stay. 10/10 will stay again.»

«The place was cute, and the neighbor was very kind, he came out to talk to us when we were trying to figure out parking the first night. The drive isn’t big enough for any car larger than a Mini, but there’s ample space for parking on the curb. The only real downside was the amount of bugs within the property. Any corner that was looked at held spiders of considerable size. I don’t recommend this place to anyone who’s as sensitive to those things as I am. We sat on the back porch the first night ...
