«Staff was great! Checked in right away. Fitness room is a small. Bar food was alright.»

«Most of our experience was really nice. The shower in our bathroom had some dirty grout, that wasn't as big of a deal. The silicone seal at the bottom did look as though it had that pink mold on it and black mold was visible as you are in the shower looking out. Water damage to the bottom of the door inside the bathroom with peeling paint.»

«my family stayed here and absolutely loved it!!»

«It’s a surprise this place is allowed to still be in business. From the lobby to the room, the further you went in the scarier the conditions were. While checking in and waiting in the lobby, I noticed severe water damage to the ceiling. I also found out they charged my card for incidentals before I even arrived and tried to charge me again upon check-in. Then was told I shouldn’t have checked in ahead. «What I liked most was the comfort of the bed and pillows: firm but with a soft, gel-like top. Other things not expected was bathroom hair dryer, in shower shampoo dispenser, cell phone charging plug near the bed, microwave, and refrigerator. Outdoor plants near the lobby were lovely.»

«Overall a nice experience»

«Aesthetic was cool. Clean room. Breakfast just ok. Bed comfort was just ok»

«thank you»

«All was good no major dislikes.»

«Clean room and friendly staff.»

«All staff members I encountered were very friendly. Their greetings were warm and welcoming. Questions that I asked were answered with a warm smile. I was asked if I had anymore questions. That was done with patience. There were plenty of choices for the continental breakfast. And one of my favorites, checkout wasn't until 12pm. I like that it is downtown. I am sure I will be staying again in the future.»

«Property was well maintained, and the staff was very nice and friendly and helpful.»

«Small hotel close to downtown Atchison. Needed renovation, which present owner has started, and newly renovated room was quite all right. A few practical / technical matters were taken well care of by the owner - in a friendly and quick way. No meals available, but guests may receive discount coupon for breakfast at one of the local restaurants. New owners are a friendly family, who seemed determined to make this a nice place to stay. If they succeed with their renovation plans, this will be a ...

«Our second stay. This time we noticed how humid our room was. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom and with our family of four taking showers over a 2 night stay, the humidity seemed to stay in the room. The air conditioning unit had a panel over the controls. Temperature could be adjusted by a wall mounted unit, but there was no way to shut the fan off. The fan on the unit blew cold air the entirety of our stay (but that didn't seem to lessen the humidity). Our room had a lamp attached ...
