«We enjoyed our stay at the cabin. It’s not far at all from Lampasas, yet still very much in the country. Fun rustic decor, super clean and bed was quite comfortable. Great porch for morning coffee and birdwatching Kitchen had the basics needed for simple meal prep. It was a good location for several drives through the Central Texas hill country. The areas around Lampasas, Burnet and Cherokee are always gorgeous in the spring. »

«This place was a perfect place for us and our 4 young children, ages 12-4. They played soccer in the yard and watched the sheep while we were there, and it was close to Colorado Bend State Park. It was fun to go to the park during the day then come relax in the evening and watch/listen to the sheep, make some dinner, and watch the beautiful sunset in the evening. We all slept great, too, thanks to the solitude/darkness/silence of the area and the beds being comfy enough! The stars were amazing. »
