«Everything was good, nothing to really complain about. When they tell you the pool is indoors but not heated they mean it! The water was coldddd. The beds were comfortable and breakfast was well stocked. I would definitely visit again.»

«A real gem sits nestled back in the liveoaks off Hwy 183 north of Lometa with immaculate landscaping, picnic tables, a giant outdoor chess set, and the cutest 3 ft pig you've ever seen. The home is immaculate and so lovingly decorated - and it feels like a home, not a house. Lori has done a wonderful job equipping the house with all the essentials plus some wonderful extras. «We had an absolute amazing time at the Artemis Ranch! The chef / concierge Kourtney was the absolute best! Adrian the ranch manager even went out of his way to help us get a picture for a school project. Leon was very helpful too. We loved exploring the property and animals and we felt very welcome and comfortable here. We give 10 stars if we could!! »

«This place was a perfect place for us and our 4 young children, ages 12-4. They played soccer in the yard and watched the sheep while we were there, and it was close to Colorado Bend State Park. It was fun to go to the park during the day then come relax in the evening and watch/listen to the sheep, make some dinner, and watch the beautiful sunset in the evening. We all slept great, too, thanks to the solitude/darkness/silence of the area and the beds being comfy enough! The stars were amazing. »
