«Several issues impacted the experience and thus the value. Key access instructions overly complicated. The unit was cold upon arrival and took until 6-8hrs to hit room temp. The knob on the bedroom baseboard heater control was broken and a throw-blanket draped the baseboard behind the sofa. Glad we caught it. The TV's would not stay connected due to wifi signal issues. «The hot water heater was broken upon arrival. The host did attempt to fix it but we ended up leaving a day early as we could not have anyone come inside while my dog was at the house alone. The kitchen was also very dirty - there were multiple unwashed dishes in the cabinet and the sponge in the sink looked like it was 2 years old. We had to boil water on the stove to clean dishes. »
