«Great little place, but keep in mind that there are lots and lots of stairs and that the front door is very awkwardly placed so you have to take a big step up to go in the front door, but it is only about 3/4 the size of a regular front door. On your way out you have to make sure to bend it down and then take a big step down so you don’t hit your head.»

The kitchen was poorly equipped for cooking. Additionally , the neighborhood felt somewhat unsafe/sketchy, especially at night. The house is in very rough shape, there is sketchy wiring throughout, lots of stairs that are not to code, very hot upstairs, and dirt that is just throughout the house - - because it needs to be gutted if it is going to be clean again. If this had been listed as a smoking house - - I would have stayed away. Pictures are deceiving - the 1.2 bath you can not turn around in and the neighbors ...
