«Great location close to the train station. Parkering in the basement with a direct elevator up to the hotel. Grocery store in the building with a large selection and long opening hours. Helpful and friendly staff. Great room, large bathroom, and everything was absolutely perfect except for the air conditioning, which didn't work. We weren't informed about this at check-in, but the staff apologized sincerely at check-out. It was possible to borrow a fan for the room, but this wasn't mentioned at ...

«no air conditioning in rooms. fan is simply not enough in summer.»

«Lovely stay in the heart of Gruyères Excellent location right in the heart of beautiful Gruyères village. The room was spacious and comfortable, and it was very convenient for exploring the castle, restaurants and surrounding area. We especially enjoyed the atmosphere of staying inside the historic village rather than outside it. A lovely base for our two-night stay and we would happily stay here again.»

«Todo estuvo muy bien. No tome desayuno alli.»

«We had a wonderful room with an amazing view of the lake and mountains. The breakfast was very good with fresh bread fruits and yogurt, cheese and cold cuts, choice of coffees, and eggs (which we did not try). Nice restaurant with excellent food although we only eat a simple cooked cheese meal the night we arrived. They also allowed us to check out late to fit with the timing of our train. Very friendly and professional.»

«We stayed for 5 nights at this beautiful chalet and had an amazing time. The chalet has everything one can expect for a family vacation and to top it all off- an incredible view of the whole valley and the village. Dr. Woznick was a wonderful host. Highly recommend this for a great family vacation!»

«Don't waste your money on these dishonest people. Don't expect to get your deposit back. And be prepared to be filmed in every room of the chalet. Avoid »
