«Very close to the train station, a supermarket, convenience stores and all other shops. The apartment is located in a residential area, so it's pretty quiet. The room has everything you need, and it was very handy to have a washing machine in the room. I appreciate smooth and prompt communication with the owner, and I found he was very helpful. I truly recommend this property.»

«Very clean. It was spacious for us, family of 6 (without any big luggages). There are convenience stores & 1 bigger grocery store (that we know of), and bus stops within walking distance. No elevator, but it wasn't too bad to climb up to 5th floor. AC was great. 4 bunk beds (with soft mattress!) in the room. Each bed space has plug for charging phone and small light.. 1 toilet and shower/bath room + 1 toilet, washing machine (we didn't use it), hair dryer, and many more.... Provided pots & ...

«We loved the property! It is about a 15 minute walk to the train station, there is a bus stop right outside and another bus stop about 5 minutes away. 7/11 is almost right beside here. We loved being away from the heavy tourist areas to stay and being around more locals here. Everyone around here was very nice. Everything we needed was here. 2 toilets and enough room for everyone to get ready for the day comfortably. We talked about it as we were leaving and said next time in Tokyo we would ...

«Place is in a relatively good location, one straight road/path and then a left (easy for tourists to remember) from Shinjuku Station - Place was exactly as described & the check-in/out process was simple! They communicated the would get someone to come in clean and correct the problem, Tokyo has had a lot of rain. But the mold and mildew smell was so bad that we could not stay there.
