The property is beautiful with tranquil water views and the tiny barn is tastefully decorated with all amenities you would need. It was incredibly clean and comfortable. Then we had to spend hours with VRBO for a full refund as the supervisor I was directed to told me that they don't do full refunds. HOW is that possible?
