«Where do I begin? My stay at this hotel was magnificent. The pictures do not do this hotel justice, our expectations were beyond exceeded. I’ll begin with the hotel grounds, a true nature paradise. The staff works tirelessly to keep the grounds immaculately clean. The views of the temples and surrounding mountains are beautiful. «I stayed at Atria one week straight, two times in June & Juli. At both times I got the same room with Mountain View on the 10th floor. It left amazing to wake up each morning and see not just one, but 3 mountains right outside the window. So peaceful. The room is basic but clean. «Staying one night is already too much in this property. Great, cute traditional concept. However, the maintenance and cleanliness are almost non-existent. Dusty, and there was no space to move in the room, and no table or closet to keep our clothes. It was a nightmare with additional bugs and insects in the bathroom with no screen and no insulation from the outside. This business shouldn't be running.»

I was asking her to connect me with Hotel.com local office of Indonesia but couldn't do it citing that they don't have communication with them. They event didn't try to find out the number for me. I asked them this after unsuccessful effort to get the number by myself. I will have a complaint on Hotel.com on my booking on this hotel. »
