«We spent 2 weeks in August at Maria’s. Lovely apartments with beautiful surroundings and a gorgeous view. Apartments were basic but had everything we needed. There is a hairdryer (which isn’t mentioned in the description). Check in was easy, we had a late arrival and were advised in advance of our apartment number beforehand and access instructions. Housekeeping was daily and maids were very friendly. As mentioned previously, it is a steep hill up to the apartments but we found it walkable. ...

«Excellent location only 30 yards to the beach, extremely quite, but plenty of restaurants within easy walking distance. We only left the beach road on one occasion when friends drove us to a Jaz night. Great shower with plenty of hot water for both of us, and a very comfortable bed. Liked the little veranda which we sat on every night enjoying several night caps. The only small criticism is that not much wardrobe space for a two week space, and would have loved a fridge/frezzer.»

«Great location and comfy beds. Our apartment was on ground floor with a big tree in front so we knew the view would be limited. Would go for 1st floor next time. Well equipped apart from.having only 3 pillows so I had to buy another which I left there so future guests wont have that problem.. Bathroom could do with a shelf for toiletries but the shower is best I have had in Greece. Owner v responsive to any questions I had beforehand.»

«First of all: Thomatos Apartments Lourdas Beach has changed the name to Barefoot Contessa. We are definitely going back. Nice, clean and aery rooms with the perfect view to the Ionian Sea. This part of Lourdas Beach is calm and quiet, and perfect for morning bath before breakfast. We had a two room apartment, and the kitchen area is spacious, and with an extra bed.»

«We were looking for a family vacation in a quiet location in proximity to the beach. This vacation villa ticked all the boxes and as a bonus, we had our own private pool to enjoy as well. Nikoletta was a wonderful host that made sure we had everything we needed. We had two beaches within 3-5 min from the property and the kids had a blast. If you are looking for a storybook location with beautiful nature and beaches that you only see in movies this is the perfect location in northern Kefalonia.»
