«This apart/hotel location is not for everyone. Very stiff hill makes it difficult to walk around. TV channels are limited, room is very small, beds were not comfortable it all . Blankets and pillows were great . Cleaning crews were the best. Last four days of our stay was not hot water, we had no showers. Four stars for this place is definitely overrated. This is the fifth time we are visiting Karlovy Vary and our expectations get lower and lower . Thanks»

«Everything was great with the property. Communication was excellent. We stayed during August summertime and the unit was hot but because of the 24/7 support they were able to provide us an electric fan which was a lifesaver.»

«good:- close to super market and city centre (walking distance)- nearby parking spot (6 / night)- fast communication with the ownersbad:- when we arrived, the key box was empty, we had to wait then 30 min for the owner to arrive- in the kitchen it smelled like vomit but we could not see were it came from (window was open our whole stay and we avoided the kitchen)- on arrival there was a cigarette filter in the toilet (which made me think how that can be if it was cleaned)»

Flott hotell midt i sentrum av Carlsbad. Meget bra service og god frokost. Parkering er rundt 200 meter fra hotellet og må bestilles på forhånd.
