«The room was great. Everything was modern and comfortable. The check-in process is scary if you wait until the last minute. I accept most of the responsibility, but I wish I would have received a warning e-mail for not checking in the day before. Just an email that would make me acknowledge the automated process that I would be entering into and without help from staff on site. We were on a 42 day trip with 14 different hotels, so we were spoiled by most of the hotels that had staff to assist ...

«Location was great, bed was hard. Noisy! You heard the people screaming outside. My daugther found use bottled of water in the fridge from old guests. SCAM! WE GOT CHARGE extra housekeeping w/out been done our room after We are outside for 15hrs. »

«The mattress, comforter without its cover sheet, pillows look terrible have mixmatch colors, bigger size. The towers looks bad. The host should learn how to do a basic cleaning standard business. The room is pretty new construction but the bedding, organized bathroom is also ver important »

«Great little village with the Rhine Falls about 10 mins drive away. Great place to relax amongst the vineyards, after a very hectic tour. Supermarket 5 mins drive. Bonus was Netflix available in English for use by guests - don’t need to have your own subscription which as an Australian I have found often doesn’t work. One negative was I thought it had a washing machine and microwave which it doesn’t. My fault for not checking more carefully.»
