«Very responsive host, nice, clean space. Verb nice safe area.»

«The place itself was spotless and exactly as described. Check-in was smooth and the host was super helpful and responsive the whole time. The location is great and super convenient to so much in the area, which made getting around easy. The pool was a fantastic bonus - clean, well-maintained, and plenty of loungers to choose from. Parking was fortunately easy to find, but heads up for future guests: you don’t get access to the gated garage. You’ll need to use street parking outside the building. ...

«The cabin was really cool and in a great location. It was clean and cozy. The catch and release pond was amazing. We caught Brim and Bass using nightcrawlers. It was a lot of fun to do that with my daughter. My only complaint was the lack of wash rags, towels, and blankets. The listing says it sleeps 8, which it does with the futon and couch. However, there was not enough extra blankets. There was bed sheets, just not enough blankets. Also, no wash clothes at all, no hand towels, and only a few ...

«Definitely returning»

«Great property, as advertised. Secure entrance. Great location downtown with good restaurants within a few steps. Host was very nice and tried to accommodate an extended stay that I needed. Would definitely rent again!»

«Very great host and house»

«I don’t usually leave reviews, but I absolutely had to for this place! 😁 We were looking specifically for a house rather than an apartment since we have three little ones, all 4 and under, with our youngest being just shy of one month old. We came along with my husband on his work trip, so having a private place all to ourselves was a must. I have to mention how incredibly CLEAN everything was! The floors are always one of my biggest concerns because we don’t wear shoes in the house, and I was ...

«Emma and her team are so wonderful! I had a scheduling issue and they were quick to move me to another unit. The whole place and area is SO cute. They’re ao thoughtful on everything from the toiletries to decor. I absolutely loved this place and highly recommend to anyone! »

«We came to Birmingham for a concert and wanted something close to the venue while also being in a safe part of town. This unit was perfect for what we wanted! It was less than a 10 minute walk to the BJCC and it was so nice not having to fight traffic when leaving the concert. It was 4 girls on this trip and we never felt unsafe in the area we were in. The host has been amazing since the time we first booked the trip and wanted to make sure we had the best experience in their rental. I highly ...

«Had a very nice stay here when we were in town for a wedding. The property is tucked back away from major roads, in a nice quiet area. The beds were comfortable and we slept great! The Jack-and-Jill bathroom between the bedrooms was plenty spacious for the four of us to share and the half bath on the first floor came in handy. Great communication and responsiveness from the host.»

«The host was very kind and the inside was very nice. I had trouble getting the lockbox information to get the keys and the WiFi information. However, the outside is not very nice. It doesn’t look like a place you’d want to stay from the outside. I’ve been to Europe twice and it does not feel like the European countryside that close to someone’s house in the backyard. Again, the inside was very nice, but the outside is not.»
