«We have stayed here before. Unsure why it would be called luxury. We do like coming. Breakfast is nice, not $60 though. The first course of breakfast is usually dry, left out too long and should not be included at all. Our tubs drain was unattached, and the sinks had no stoppers at all. A concern for my diamond ring. The property also canceled our dinner reservation3 days previous. Many light bulbs were out in our room. The vents and shower were in need of spring cleaning.»

«connecting building so you would not have to walk outside. Use of sidewalks, you had to walk in the parking lot. the bathrooms needed better plumbing, they were not dirty from lack of hotel staff but smelled funny due to plumbing issues. the restaurant attached to the hotel had good food. I did not use the pool.»

«Difficult to find open restaurants in the evening after 9PM. Ok place to stay for a night. »

«We arrived at 2 PM but check-in wasn't until 4 PM. After a short wait, we were given a room and the $40 early check-in fee was waived. Thanks for that. They also have a very quick convenient shuttle to the casino and event center which we used to see a show. No problems and just a short wait for the return trip.»

«The place is absolutely beautiful. The setting is perfect. The staff was kind and helpful. Here are a few little things that would have made it a perfect experience. The breakfast on both days was original and interesting. However, it was supposed to be hot not like warm. Outside of our room by the water station was a tray of dirty cups that was there untouched for three days. It may seem petty but our bathroom had only a single roll of TP that was almost used up. The mentioned complementary ...

«This property is conveniently located close to the casino but it definitely needs an update. Our room was clean except for the dirty grout in the bathroom. The shower curtain brackets were broken, the was a stain on the wallpaper that looked like blood splatter and there was a hole in the wall that someone just put a Styrofoam cup in it to cover it up. The breakfast was standard for a hotel, nothing special and no milk alternatives.»

«The hotel was very clean. The staff was extremely helpful, we had an issue with our toilet and somebody immediately came up and fixed it.»

«The rooms were dated. and much maintenance is needed outside. We were on the second floor and the outside railing was loose. Very dangerous.»

«They have a hotel cat outside that they care for. If for no other readon..I will definitely come back. ALSO..the shuttle to and from the casinos is wonderful.»

«Booked a suite but day of they called and said only had a regular room available. Breakfast is decent, but hot options (eggs, sausage) only on weekends. Room isn’t cleaned every day, which is fine, but had to ask for washcloths and coffee (don’t have any). Room ok but peeling paint, generally dingy and needs upgraded. Cockroach in bathroom one night. Noisier than other hotels - from hallway. Door don’t seem to block much noise. Of approximately 10 hotels we have stayed in last 10 years, ...

«Place was dirty outside and well maintained outside at all. The place was noisy all night.»

«Nice»

«Veldig pratsom vertinne, og putene luktet, bortsett fra det helt Ok. Nydelig by. »

«The posting warns about low ceilings and insects. I'm 6'1" and did fine, just watched my head on the step. I did see one spider, but otherwise very clean and not buggy. My only other criticism is there is one small trash can in the kitchen area and not the bathroom. Very cute and very comfortable, especially for just one night. My wife complimented it multiple times during our short time there.»

«This did not feel like a camper- it felt like a high-end apartment. We loved Harpers Ferry and this was the perfect spot- so close to downtown. The only difficult part was finding the camper in the dark. The instructions were spot on, but we drove in from RI, so we didn't get in until pretty late (restaurants in the area close early, so we decided to stop for dinner before finding the camper). We did get a little lost in the woods since it was around 9pm. I would recommend a little more ...

«This is a nice secluded place to unwind.»
