«I was very let down that there was no longer a hot tub. That is always my first go to. And the pool looked clean until you got in then you notice all the dirt and silt laying on the bottom getting stirred up as you walked down into the water. The room was very clean, no complaints with the room and the property. Just the amenities was very disappointing .»

I stayed in this motel during my first visit to Brookville well over a decade ago, and its still the same carpeting. The furniture is hammered. Upholstery on the "easy chair" was so worn that it had a sheen. Toilet was running when i got in the room and i had to lift the tank cover to lower the flapper. The handle would stick in the flush position and flush quality was poor. The lamps were old, dim, flimsy ...

«Host did not disclose that the property is supplied by well water until the day before check-in. Said we would need to conserve water down to not flushing the toilet too often. When we arrived the water was visibly dirty, coming out of the faucet brown. The only filter on the water system was rated to remove silt, not any pathogens or contaminants. We decided not to stay, host refused any refund and insisted there was no problem. If there is not continuous testing and proper treatment this water ...

«Was perfect for our needs! Host was incredibly responsive and accomodating! We were celebrating the Christmas/New Year holiday with our kids and grandkids. Plenty of space for everyone. The woodburning fireplace room (wood was generously provided by owner) and the large dining table became our main gathering place for meals and games. Had a great time and would return.»
