«The house was very clean and the beds were comfy! We enjoyed the back patio and yard. Definitely pet friendly with a fenced backyard.My only real challenge was I have bad knees and the front 2 steps are pretty tall and there are no hand rails. Fortunately my husband was there to help me. It would also be nice if there were hangers on the bedroom and bathrokm.doors to hang towels and clothes. Especially since there is no closet in the large bedroom.All-in-all it was a very good choice!»

«Wow, so much more than we expected. So clean and comfortable. The minute we walked in we felt right at home. The home smelled great and was spotless. Dianne was a wonderful host, always responding to my questions very quickly. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone coming to the area, it was so convenient and close to EVERYTHING! «Super easy to find, good accommodations, fit for one or a small group. Only cons were that the futon is comfy as a couch, maybe not a bed; and the kitchen doesn't have an oven or toaster.Would absolutely book again or even look at the other properties at the site!»

«We enjoy having our own private space instead of a hotel so we really didn't need much and this place was very spacious had a private space outside. Very windy in Joplin, it was quite nice. It was clean and we really enjoyed the king size bed it would have been amazing if there was a big bathtub in that huge walk-in closet off of the main ensuite where the sunlight is wow. But that is just a recommendation. There is a very steep driveway. Definitely need your parking brake»

«Older home but has some nice updates. Worked well for our ladies church group who were there for a women's conference. Beds were comfortable but sofa sleepers were not as comfortable-worked for the one night we were there. Instructions and communication with owner was outstanding.»
