«Nice place, good service. Rooms are more like apartments with kitchens and appliances. Dish washer, cloths washer and dryer available free. Only negatives are (depending on expectation/view): 1) no breakfast of food available, so must go out for food or buy and make own. 2) Doors in hallway make lots of banging noise when people go in and out. «Not clean at all. Bed linen had not been changed, found dirt and grass in beds. Only 3 towels for 6 guests. No toaster. Only a very small bar fridge. Only 3 bedrooms not 4. No queen beds only doubles. Kids scribble on walls. Yards very messy, overgrown and unmowed.»

«Difficult to sleep as sheets were itchy and a lot of light intrusion. B&B? No coffee, sugar or tea, milk supplied. The bathroom was very dusty and toilet either stained or not cleaned. Previous tenants rubbish left behind in bathroom and a dirty sock left under the lounge cushion. Kitchen adequately equipped. Furniture adequate. We have stayed in many budget accommodation and never experience dusty, rubish and scratchy sheets before. Wont be back.»
