«We really enjoyed our stay here! It was the perfect size for our family of 7! The kids loved the bunk room and toys, the walk to the beach was quick and the beach was quiet and clean. The house had everything we needed for the perfect up north getaway!»

«I loved this place with one important caveat. The bathroom floor is extremely slippery. Socks and dry floor? Bare feet and wet floor? You need to be careful, especially if you're older. I almost did the splits going to use the restroom. The shower is small and you can't keep the curtain in, so the floor will get a bit wet. For most floors this really isn't a big deal, but it's basically like ice. I only point this out because I do not want someone to actually get hurt without at least a bit of a ...

«Host always responded to messages although we couldn't always fix the issue. Interior was clean but could use some maintenance, wobbly furniture, chipping paint, loose trim. Quaint and simple-everything is mismatch- no two forks or spoons or cups were the same. There were games in the closet and plenty of towels and pillows. Would have been nice to have some basic cleaning rags and spray. Plenty of outdoor seating and beach toys, but also cans and spent firework trash was on the property.»

«An easy check in and check out. Cabin was clean. Enjoyed the peace and quiet, the beach, and the area. Would book agaib»

«Outdoor area was kept up nice! Liked the fact that there was wood provided for a fire! Had to purchase fire starter. Grill was charcoal fueled. Cabin has a cool vibe! Very clean! Furniture is comfortable. The heat didn’t flow well into bedrooms and bath. Light switches were confusing, signage for switches would be helpful. Amenity list could be updated (Keurig and coffee maker both available). It would be nice if some games were provided as well as scissors and lighter for fire/charcoal. ...

«Everything was perfect! Host was punctual & kind! Only suggestion I would have is the mattresses need to be upgraded, they thin! Loved the organization of everything though! Great stay overall!»

«Second time visiting and we loved it so much and had a great time»

«Great place for our stay in Oscoda. Clean and good amenities.»

«The view and location were great, and overall we enjoyed our stay! There are just a couple of things that I think could really improve the experience for future guests. The outside of the property could use a little TLC and some added curb appeal.I would also highly recommend numbering the fire pits to correspond with each cabin. For cabins that don’t have their own fire pit, having a designated “community fire pit” would be a great option. It would also be helpful to have a binder or information ...

«The cabin was clean, location was great! However it was hard to find there is no sign, address or light to find the property. There were multiple broken screens so windows couldn't be opened. The hot water tank was tiny.. definitely need to speed shower.»

«This is our second year at this beach cottage -- last year all family members (young kids {10 in age],teens, adults) had such a great time we decided to book it again. For our family group, the most outstanding features are the beautiful sandy beach with a gentle slope, and the game tables in the garage which feature air hockey, table tennis, and foosball. The cottage was clean and inviting and conveniently located near Oscoda and just a short drive to Tawas. We also enjoyed being close to ...
