«Nice to be on the water; lovely views. Good location. Ramp from the street down to the house made it much easier to pull luggage, etc. Bedroom was very small. Lighting could have been a lot better. Listing made it sound as if we had the entire house; not true. Other people upstairs and we heard lots of clomping around.»

«We checked in at 4:00pm and found that there was no electricity. We called the owner and was told that there was an power outage starting at 6:00am and that the power would not be restored until 8:00pm. We were hungry but couldn't find any place open for dinner. It was getting cold. So we had to drive for 2 hours to a town to have dinner and stay over night. Since the owner knew of the power outage early in the morning, the owner should have been more considerate and contacted us earlier.  ...

In addition, out your living room window is a parking lot full of dry-docked lobster boats and several industrial buildings. Not pretty. It was dirty around the place. The bedroom also needs a fan above the bed. There is no moving air in that room! You cannot open the window as the street noise will pour in. Put in a ceiling fan!
