«Vi skulle se masse i Hot Springs, men når vi kom dit så kollapset jeg i senga. Den sengen var supergod og rommet var kjempefint. Vi fikk 10 dollars voucher i baren som vi heller ikke fikk brukt. Koselig by, veldig hyggelig folk på hotellet :) »

«Booked in for 3 days for a total of about $450 for a Tues, Wed, and Thurs night. Went to front desk and checked in. Got on the elevator and up to my room to realize that I was not given a key to the room. Down I go back to lobby where they made my keys. I get into the room to realize there is no refrigerator, no microwave . Not even means to make coffee. The room had a jetted tub so I ran the water to let out some of the hot water. It did NOT drain. I tried to use the plunger but it did ...

«We stayed in a 2 doubles room for one night. Two adults, two young kids. I thought I had booked a 2 queens room, so there was some disappointment here. The room was a bit outdated, the carpet had many dark stains which made it like quite gross. Beds were clean. I thought mine was comfy. My husband thought it was bympy and his feet were sticking out because the beds were not long enough. We did not have enough towels for 4 and the hair conditioner was out after 3 pumps.
