«Our stay at Hell Fyre was a delight. We were warmly welcomed by Louise, to find a well-stocked kitchen, and a warm and comfortable home. The period character of the house made this a special holiday for us. We stayed for three weeks, and were pleased to be able to extend our stay a bit – we so enjoyed living here. We walked the local pathways to villages close by. The location made it easy to take day trips to numerous castles, houses and gardens, and if we were ever at a loss for something ...

«traditional pub with very friendly staff and good quality food. the flat is above the pub but has its own entrance. You can hear people downstairs but this didn't disturb us. We ate both evening we were there and it was excellent and very good value. The flat is in the oldest part of the pub and as such the door frames are low but the ceilings are fine. There was everything we needed and it was nice and clean. Very good value for 2 couples.»
