«The front could do with a little face lift...what was advertised was the renovations at the back...our rooms were at the front The breakfast was enough...didnt like others touching by bread though The rooms were spacious and clean enough ..I did my usual cleaning We had to put down a deposit of 400 pounds...which we were told would be refunded back to our a/c...we didnt receive everything back (short $21.16)...not sure if its the conversion from pounds back to Canadian dollars Not a bad ...

«Everything was perfect. But the person who give us key for the apartment in crown plaza hotel, he didn’t mention the property entrance has code to open the door, the manual keys we have it even not working to open the door. After wasting 10min at door late night , I go back to crown plaza to mention issue and he mention the code is in key ring . So the issue sort out but if he mention at the time of handing over keys it’s really save our time.»

«This place is little better than a youth hostel: unwelcoming, grim, dirty and unsafe. You would do better sleeping in a skip. There are no human beings involved in the entire process; all communication is through WhatsApp. Upon "registering" you are presented with a series of additional charges not mentioned on the booking site before "check-in".
