Only thing was no water upon arrival in the room to have complimentary or even to purchase There was a extra charge to bring the room service which was an oxymoron- the whole point of room service is to bring things to the room! Lol Everyone was lovely and helpful though and great property great beach snd pool area!»

«The resort looks beautiful from the outside and has great amenities like heated pools, water parks, and an on-site restaurant, which made the stay enjoyable for the kids. The beds were comfortable and the shower had good hot water. However, the rooms are extremely outdated and really need renovation. The ceiling was peeling, the bathroom was tiny, and the sink was literally falling forward. Cleanliness was also disappointing. «I was pleased to watch a staff member taking samples of the different pools about 7 am. I was pleasantly surprised to see that same staff member doing it again in the early afternoon. The room was great and the grounds were very well maintained.»

«This was my first visit to Myrtle Beach, and the Breakers Resort was the perfect stay for me and my cousin. We arrived in SC much earlier than our check-in time, around noon. We were very surprised that when we came to drop off our bags we were able to also get our room! This was around 1pm,(This is NOT guaranteed) and made the transition very easy for us. The hotel was clean, the views were immaculate, and the amenities were just what we were looking for. With multiple pools, and multiple beach ...

«The hotel is a lot less maintained than the photos make it look, there’s no housekeeping, the hallways/elevators reek. Parking was obnoxious, lots of obnoxious noise/loitering right outside the hotel. Noise inside the hotel. Hot tub was out of service. Pool was dirty. Only good thing was the view of the ocean and easy access to the beach.»

«The area and amenities were fantastic. The staff was great. The room floor could have been cleaned better for check-in, but it is the beach and getting the sand out is not easy. The rooms are being refreshed so there are some spotty areas, but it was well worth the price and all the extras made for a great vacation. Lord willing we will be back. Pools, hot tubs, view, family fun areas were all you need. You don't have to leave the property to have plenty of fun.»

«The room was absolutely perfect for my wife and I. Very clean. Great bathroom with a deep jacuzzi tub/shower. The refrigerator was a great surprise, we thought we'd have a mini fridge, but it was huge. We were in town for bike week so we didn't get to enjoy the pools but access to them seemed amazing. Free shuttles running all the time was a huge plus. We will definitely come back! »
