«We had a great time. Our room was clean and comfortable. Lots of amenities. We would definitely come back.»

«The room had roaches. I asked him to come and clean or spray no one ever did.!! I asked for blankets. Never got them.!! The door handles on the doors were broken and it would lock you out of your room. I asked them to fix them. They never came. They said since I booked through Expedia, they couldn’t give me any accommodation for that they could feed me breakfast. That was all they could do. Unfortunately, I had already ate breakfast. When I first got there, they sent me to the wrong tower in the ...

«We had a good time and the resort was great»

«Pedimos unos vasos y unas cucharillas para comer la comida que pedimos a domicilio. Nunca llegaron ni trajeron lo solicitado. Dejando eso de lado la habitación super limpia. El aire acondicionado y el wifi funcionaban súper bien. Siempre hay parking disponible y la orilla de la playa está demasiado cerca»

«The resort was great for my one night stay! The staff was friendly & the room was clean! The breakfast buffet & restaurant had great food options! I got a great price for my stay & the resort kept in contact with me—confirming my reservation. I did not use the water park but it was open with many families enjoying it. I will definitely be back!»

«The room was oceanfront....coffee pot was provided but no coffee, sugar, creamer, nor filters are available at the hotel. We had a container of rice left by the previous occupant. Found papers and wrappers under the ded and behind the nightstand. Paint was chipped off walls and the tub was a jetted tub but NO SPOUT, only shower head. Four tub handles???? Parking was horrible, too many cars and had to park across the street.»

«Food is good, service is great, but hotel in terrible condition. Ventilation/Air Condition extremely load so could not use. A lot of things are broken and rusty. Almost no people there and essy to understand why.»

«It was a nice beach front hotel. Only one elevator worked.»

«Very nice place. Great staff. We accidentally came on bike week, it was ok except they tried their best to occupy the whole 1st floor parking, which i can understand, but their money isn't any different from mine, so I'm pissed em off and parked down there anyway. The receptionist when we first arrived tried to tell us we couldn't, but again, it's not against any rules and I don't like being told where to park my car and I'm handicapped. So the only complaint i have is the receptionist trying to ...
