«I loved this place! It was located in a very quiet part of greater Tokyo and it was really nice and easy to walk around the neighborhood. I especially liked how close to it was to different restaurants and Oji Station. «This hotel was everything good other than without elevator. The place was so close to Koenji downtown and station easy to go around Tokyo. But should be considered there is no elevator despite the rooms are located 3rd and 4th floor on the building. Using stairs is the only way to approach to the rooms. I don’t recommend it to families with huge luggages. But the response from staff and Omotenashi was so great. If you want to feel Japanese hospitality this place is the one of the best.»

«Almost like a cabin/mobile home accommodation. It was very clean and modern. We had no issues checking in. Although it is a short walk to the nearest station and only 2 stops to shinjuku it felt far out of the city, and it was in a very residential area. «味の素スタジアムでライブがあったので利用させて頂きました。会場への行き方はそれほど難しくないのですが、最寄り駅からは少し遠いし、お風呂が激狭なので脱ぎ着が出来ない、部屋着がないのが難点でした。普通のホテルと違って、アパートタイプなのでゆっくり足を伸ばして座れたり、レンジ、洗濯機(洗剤もあり)のあるで過ごしやすかったし、部屋で洗濯が出来るので替えの服を持っていかなくても良かったのは良かったです。質問への返信が早く、料金を先に払って入ればチェックインしなくてもすぐ入室出来るのは助かりました！丁寧に返信を貰えるので不安がなく安心して泊まれます。何泊かしたい場合はおすすめします。»
