«Such a great place to watch manatee in the morning and the tourists in the midday! You are right on the river and the house has things you forget like beach towel, folding chairs, everything we needed to cook while there. »

«Deron was extremely welcoming!! It was easy to communicate with him and he responds right away. The house was perfect! Lots of parking space. We had everything we needed. Coffee and water bottles were waiting for us. Everything was super clean and smelled good! Smell is important for me! There were a lot of water toys and nice backyard furniture. We saw 3 dolphins, crabs and fish right from the dock and 4 manatees at Hospital Hole, a short kayak from the house. We also enjoyed The Mermaid show ...

«Peaceful location. Deer, Turkey and other wildlife walking around. Manatee swimming by in the river. All included appliances working in good condition. Clean and comfortable living areas. »

«Our first time at weeki Wachee. This was a perfect location where this place is located. House was very clean. It has n more items to accommodate for the length of stay. We stayed 2 nights 3 days. We loved how it’s right of the river n not far from other attractions. Hopefully for next yr, we will try to stay another round! Thank you!»

«This place was perfect for a fun birthday weekend celebration. We loved that the place was well stocked with kitchen tools and equipment, plus there were plenty of towels for everyone in the bathrooms. We loved having kayaks available for us and used them all weekend. Even got lucky enough to see some manatees swimming right up by the deck!»

«Right on the canal , great for kayaking. very quiet, loved it. there is no pool or hot tub, you can swim I guess in canal but it is only around 3ft deep at low tide. lots of mullet schools and they like to jump. nice neighborhood to ride your bikes. »
