«I would have to say that must stay there was kind of frustrating although the issue was resolved. I think that $64 a night for parking is absolutely repulsive and ridiculous. I’ve stayed at nicer hotels in better cities and parking was $20-$30 in the garage $70 a night for valet parking and then they’re asking for a tip yeah absolutely not won’t be staying there again.»

«The main reason I booked this hotel is to access the Grand hall but unfortunately not available for guests due to events, the day staff at front desk were not sure or willing to check if when it can be available.
However, the night shift staff at front desk MACKY was very willing to take me to grand hall at 530am.
That made your guest happy.
