«Nice place in middle of Beppu close to the station. On the rooftop there is a swimming pool and there is also a onsen. The rooms are clean and close to buss to take you around The Seven Hells of Beppu»

«Apart from the nice room, the relaxing private open air bath and the fabulous breakfast, it was the wonderful members of staff who made the whole experience so special that we were reluctant to leave. Dinner at Gen, especially regarding the very tasty first dishes, was quite good, too.The Oita course at the seafood restaurant, however, is apparently meant to cater to the tastes of overseas visitors; the portions are much too large to be truly enjoyable (esp. the toriten).»

«Fantastic stay. Lovely beds. Dry sauna and onsen were wonderful. Everything was great.»

«Variert frokostmeny, supert spa, svært god og effektiv parkering»

«Exceptional place to stay in Beppu and wonderful service throughout our stay. Victor was especially helpful during the check in and check out process»

«Hotel is an older facility, so our Japanese style room had a little musty odor and facilities were a little dated. Service staff at front desk and restaurants were fantastic. We had a half board plan; the sukiyaki dinner was OK and breakfast was excellent.»
