«Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral gelegen und auf zwei Etagen. Man bekommt Instruktionen per Nachricht und macht dann alles selbstständig. Die Wohnung macht einen guten Eindruck und das kleine Willkommensgeschenk war sehr herzlich. «Positiv: Super Lage zu Busen und der Innenstadt von Valletta. TOP Lange Stadtteil Florina generell sehr zu empfehlen. Negativ: der Geruch in der Unterkunft schwer einzuschätzen ev. Schimmel oder der Fußboden. Jedenfalls Gewöhnungsbedürftig Fenster gingen ebenfalls nur im Bad und am Balkon auf,die waren sehr klein. «I did get good response from property for check-in and response to requests. I was very disappointed in the conditions of the apartment. It is very dated and in need of repairs and upgrading. The floors are old and in bad condition. There is peeling paint around the windows sill. I contacted the property as no ceiling lights worked. They did have a service person come the following day to replace bulbs, but two blew out so there might be a ceiling wiring issue? The kitchen is minimally ...

"19 Rooms was a pleasant surprise! Despite being located in the historic old town, the hotel feels modern and functional. The staff were friendly, always welcoming, attentive, and eager to help. The breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of delicious options to choose from. A definite highlight was the rooftop terrace, offering beautiful views of Sliema and the harbour. We enjoyed watching many stunning sunsets from there!"

"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highlights We had such a great stay here! The hotel itself is beautiful, with lovely, comfortable, and well-kept rooms. The location is honestly fantastic – you’re within walking distance of pretty much everything, which made it an easy and very convenient place to stay. We also really appreciated how well connected the hotel is with great restaurants in the area. The staff are happy to recommend places and can even help arrange reservations and get you a table, which was a really nice touch and made our stay even easier. Staff Experience What really stands out is the staff. Everyone we met was incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely service-minded. A special mention has to go to Olena on the night shift, who was absolutely wonderful and really went above and beyond for us. Drawback The only downside is something unfortunately outside the hotel’s control. There is a bar next door that plays surprisingly loud music, even on weekdays and seemingly without many (or any!) customers – we actually went over to check because we couldn’t quite understand where all the noise was coming from 😅 That being said, the amazing service from the staff honestly made up for the inconvenience. The hotel is clearly aware of the situation and provides guests with really good quality earplugs, which we appreciated. Overall Despite the noise from next door, we would happily stay here again. A beautiful hotel in an amazing location, with genuinely lovely people working there."

"Beliggenheten var bra. Personalet var hyggelig. Alt i alt et bra opphold, men mange små forbedringspunkter. Rommet var greit, men luktet av fukt. Etterhvert fant vi ut at safen ikke virket, frontpanelet var falt av og forsøkt limt. På badet var det flere ting som var knust eller løsnet, blant annet blandebatteriet til dusjen. Vannet i dusjen var glohett. Det var mulig å justere temperaturen, men med så trang dusj og regulatoren som stakk ut ble vi begge brent i løpet av oppholdet. Balkongdøren gikk ikke an å låse da håndtaket var knukket. Rengjøringspersonalet banket på tidlig hver morgen, før kl 10, noe som er tidlig på ferie. En dag glemte de å komme tilbake. Det var så fuktig på badet at håndklene ikke tørket. Hårføneren passet ikke i stikkontakten. Frokosten var minimal, men grei. Bassenget var kaldt. Trolig var det bare en dusj, hvertfall var den opptatt med den ene andre gjesten, noe som gjorde at vi måtte gå våte og kalde tilbake til rommet for å dusje."
