«Met some friends for a girls weekend and had an amazing time. We all loved the location and the amenities. We did not leave at all. Views of the lake are stunning. It was on a quiet section of the lake and there were no houses directly across. The screen in porch with rocking chairs were perfect for morning coffee. «The adorable barn was just what we hoped for!! There was plenty of parking and the home was so tastefully and creatively decorated. Wonderful beds! VERY quiet. Adam was easy and fun to communicate with and my dog thoroughly enjoyed that fenced in backyard! Plenty of TV/movie options, even a couple of board games in cards. «Perfect house for a group of 7 adults. Lots of comfy seating inside and out on the deck and dock. Well stocked with oil, spices, etc. Master bed was very comfortable. Other beds were OK. Dock area is small and not deep water. That didn't matter to us since we went in September. Wifi was very slow but we had 5 people trying to work so more our fault than the house. Overall, an excellent Lake Gaston rental. »

We spent the first day and a half of our stay, cleaning the place. It is clear that this property has not been inspected or maintained for cleanliness in a long time. «What an amazing stay! The house was super comfy and so cute. So quiet and peaceful. It was the perfect getaway from hustle and bustle. We swam in the lake both at the house and also at Gaston day area. Ate at Suka sushi and it was fantastic! The owner was extremely responsive and checked on us at arrival. The owner also recommended some antique store and I got some sweet finds. Definitely a stay again kind of place!»
