And the security lock for the door was broken. We contacted the hotel attendant and told him of the hair and he offered another room and indicated “If you don’t like this one you will need to find another hotel”. «The house was exactly as described and we enjoyed our stay. The bed was comfortable and we would rent again. Our only Mishap is the Jacuzzi was broken and dirty during our stay and we would've really enjoyed to use that, but otherwise our stay was great. The owner reached out to let us know they would look into it and we never heard back. We would still stay at this property again»
