«God frukost og fin beliggenhet ved Strand. Litt langt til sentrum»

«Hyggelig personale. God frokost.

«Nice hotel close to city centre!»

«We came early at 11:00, so our rooms weren't ready which was obviously fine since check in was at 16. We were able to leave the car parked there and went for lunch. When we came back at 16, the women initially told us our rooms still weren't ready, but in the end we got our rooms. The rooms seems to have had some water damage in the bathroom and had some cheap fixes to cover them up. Practically, everything worked, just was a bit funky. The only complaint I really have was I was charged 5 euros ...

«Bra beliggenhet for å oppleve Annecy. Stort + for å vise fotballkamper i lobbyen.»

«Veldig bra. Hyggelig personale, rent rom»

«I don`t like being negative, but sorry to say - the staff (some) in the reception should either get proper training or find another place to work. This hotel is too nice to be left in the hands of such rude and ignorant staff. Arriving at the hotel after driving through Annecy, we thought "what a fantastic place" - the location and the hotel is absolutely world class. Really amazing. We booked a room with to beds and actually payed extra for this option. Even though I have a very good ...

«Had a good stay at Neostelia. Staff was helpful and friendly, and the room was clean and nice. Practical parking in the backyard, though for an additional fee. The beds were also very comfortable! Some might consider the bathroom a little small, but we had no complaints. Walking distance to the old town was also a big plus! Would definitely come back again!»

«No air conditioning. Just not great in general for the price.»
