«Luxury hotel on the beach with plenty of outside things to do. Restaurants and sweet shops are next door or within biking distance. Willets restaurant in the hotel is the best option overall in my opinion, but it can be pricey. Fantastic location and great staff!!»

«The staff was as amazing!! I gave it 3 stars because we found a piece of pretzel on the sofa bed between the mattress and the platform. That's the only thing, besides that the staff was super friendly and helpful, close to all everything on Jekyll, and walking to the beach is beautiful. Keep in mind walking to the beach is not wheelchair accessible. »

«Breakfast was a feast and ran from 6 to 10 am daily. The beds were extremely comfortable with 3 different pillows to choose from. Even though it was Spring break week, the property was very clean, well maintained and very quiet at night. The weather was too cool for the pool or even the hot tub for me but the fire pit was nice touch.»

«Our week stay was great! The room was very clean and so was the rest of the hotel. The breakfast is really good (they should add scrabbled eggs/bacon and it would be perfect). The pool is so nice and very clean!»

«We did in fact have a view of the ocean, but it was back in onw corner, so we saw plenty of the hotel building at the same time. The room was smaller than I was expecting but comfortable enough. It was nice to have a room fairly close to the elevator. »

«Room clean. Had to ask housekeeping daily to empty trash and refill coffee. Staff was kind but seemed busy or put out when asked for help or to use bike. Had to get a pass daily to use pool at other location. Felt they could have done a pass good for the length of our stay»

«The room was spacious and well appointed. There was not really a beach view from the room, unless you count a tiny sliver between buildings. Our room was on the second floor on the end closest to the lobby. Also, the picture showed a jacuzzi tube, but we only had stand up showers. The floors need to be better cleaned, as walking around without shoes on made the bottoms of our feet black. The restaurant was only open for dinner, and was not open on Sunday at all. «Reserved 1 bed, 1 bath but got 2 bed with extra half bath. We have stayed at the Villas by the Sea several times in different rooms. As always, the complex is beautiful and well maintained and staff is friendly. The condo itself was nicely decorated and you could see the ocean from the upper balcony and master. »
