«I have to say that I was disappointed with the lack of cleanliness of the house. I realize that it is a very large house, but all the same, it should have been cleaned and maintained better for a short-term rental. The owner only supplied one old bath towel and one cheap new wash clothe per guest. No hand towels were initially provided. I contacted the owner and she had towel sent very quickly.
