«Parking was easy, the road is unpaved and had a little mud but I had all-terrain tires so it was fine and should we for most vehicles, it wasn’t too bad but it rained a day or so before we showed up which is rare during the dry season. «The ad for the property seemed to imply that you were getting the entire house. We only got the basement apartment. Although the condition was very good the one bedroom only had 2 bunkbeds. The stove only had one working burner and the oven door was broken. But the price was excellent. »

«Great place, very clean and comfortable! Has rustic charm and is out in the country. Definitely need to follow owners directions and try to find it before dark as our “Google directions” were not accurate. We stayed 2 nights and used it as a base when visiting Bryce Canyon. Amazing stars outside at night! Comfy bed and good, hot showers!! Really appreciated the mini fridge! It does take about 25-30 min to drive to Bryce Canyon park. The Pizza Place in Tropic(on drive back from Bryce Canyon) ...

«Such a quiet and lovely place to unwind and do some stargazing. Really nice kitchen with new appliances and dishwater, beautiful tile throughout, and super comfortable beds. Very close to both Zion and Bryce, and other natural spots. The cattle and the horses came up to the fence close to our place, and the pinto enjoyed a good scratch under her chin. Loved it all! »

«Great little cabin. Was very clean and comfortable. About 15 minutes from Bryce Canyon which was great. My only advice... This time of year there isn't anything close to eat at. After check in, we had to go back to Bryce Canyon to eat. We would've stopped and ate before checking in. But other then that, everything was perfect. Host was excellent at quickly answering all questions we had before and during the stay. »

"Front office staff was pleasant. However the room had stained carpet, dirty windowsills and dirty corners of the bathroom floor. Bedding was clean. We noticed a few ants in the room late at night, we checked the rest of the room but couldn’t really find any more (also a bit hard to see them since the carpet is dark). In the morning however there were many more, even in our bed. I had also been bitten by something sometime during the night… There were also wasps in the roof outside of the room. Went to let the front office know about this in the morning, however it was closed (8am). Would not stay again."
