The airconditioner and WC did not function well, the fridge was very noisy all the night. «Good value. A 25 mile drive to escalante. Quiet and next to general store and gas station. I couldn't get the wifi to work (connected without internet) but i had good cell signal and didn't need it. Power went out but not owners fault was a storm.»

«Location is remove enough to have privacy but close enough to get into a town within 5-10 mins. Beautiful scenic mountains on all sides! Home had more than enough space, super clean, well written instructions and everything was labeled! The tub / shower were great and the fireplaces were a nice touch! Free snacks, how can you go wrong?! We would stay here again in a heartbeat! Close to the parks!»

«We enjoyed our stay. The place was nice and fully stocked, had a washer and dryer. The only complaint I had was that the beds did not have boxsprings, just mattresses on them. This made it very uncomfortable to sleep due to the fact that the matress was not firm. If you are going to advertise this as Lux then you should have better sleeping conditions. The place was expensive and close to everything at Bryce.»

«Great one room stay with attached bathroom with large shower and toiletries situated in country about 30 minutes from park. Trout fishing opportunity if you bring your tackle. Bring what you need as there were few options close to dine or buy food in April. Nice firepit with wood provided.»

«We went up for a day of fishing and to just get away from it all. This was a great place to do it all. We could relax and enjoy the views of the lake, make use of the many table games available, or just sit and watch tv without all being on top of each other. The steep driveway was a bit intimidating, however it was well maintained and no one had any issues getting up to the house. The house is well appointed and had everything we needed. Great communication with the owner. Would stay here ...
