«Checking in and out was a breeze, could do a lot of it in advance. staff checking in was friendly, polite and helpful. Checking out not so much. Room was fresh, clean and for the most part very comfortable. Beds could be a bit softer a bit too hard for me. Would stay again »

«Room was clean, we did not request service while there, simply asked for what we needed, however; water is included in service. When we asked for water from staff we were told to go buy it in the vending machine (rudely) which ironically, does not sell water. Disappointed. Also very noisy, can hear everything in the hallways. »

«We stayed at Samantha's cozy cabin with my husband and our dog while visiting family in Broadalbin, and we absolutely loved it! The cabin was spotless, warm, and so inviting- even with freezing temperatures outside. «My husband and I were looking for a little getaway to celebrate our wedding anniversary and this place fit our needs. We loved the vibe of the converted schoolhouse. «The cabin was just what I imagined a rustic cabin was.The floors were a little quirky and the Wifi a little spotty. But wifi was strong in afternoon and evening. What can you expect in the middle of the Adirondacks. Area was quiet- no close neighbors. Everyone enjoyed the stay.»

«While the rooms and furnishings are very nice, the bathrooms we not cleanly or updated. The night I stayed there, the power had gone off and there was no air conditioning and the no water. This could be a nice B&B but the outdoors need to be improved. For starters, they could remove the junk water heater from the front porch.»

«This was the BEST stay we've had in a long time! My sister and I stayed 1 night on our way to NYC. The host Robert is fantastic and gave us an amazing tour of the farm, where we walked an alpaca and a llama, fed all the animals, and gave lots of pets to their baby cow!
