«The condo was well kept, as was the rest of the building. Communication from the property management company was excellent. You have an amazing view of downtown from the balcony. One thing I wish I knew beforehand was that the hvac system is probably original to the building (1962). Long story short, you have very little control of the temperature in this unit. The hydronic system is centralized and they change from heat to cool with the seasons. That was a definite inconvenience but not a deal ...

«We loved the larger space and the mattress was super comfortable. But the property could have been more clean. Towels were clean, sheets were clean but it was very dusty around, on baseboards, and in drawers. Plus it could seriously use fresh paint. «First of all, the whole building and unit needs a lot of TLC. Lots of chipped paint, broken lights, jammed balcony door, stained shower tiles, and water damage. We stayed in unit 5 and had a major issue with our room lock. Poor Elisa took the brunt of our frustration, but she was VERY professional and VERY understanding and took care of business. «The unit is very nice and spacious. I enjoyed having a kitchen and full sized fridge during my stay. I did not like that the pool was closed and filthy. We were looking forward to enjoying the pool and amenities but that was a huge disappointment. It would also be nice to have more than 2 bath towels and 2 bathing rags during a 3-4 day booking. "With the exception of the room and the reception and the staff there I would rather sleep in a tent. Got up around 7 30 for breakfast, I was told that it had to be ordered in the bar , went to the bar where some dude in a knit cap was taking the order, so I declined, got a cup of coffee instead that was weak and nasty. Went back to the room and took a shower with the bathroom door open since I was alone in the room. As I got out of the shower in plain view, someone from the cleaning staff just walked in. This is not what you expect from a hotel, but then again I usually use Scandic and Radisson Blue in Norway, in the US I use Fairfield inn and Hampton inn and I will keep using them. I am extremely dissatisfied. I would not recommend this to anyone."
