«Rude front desk staff. Bothered that they had to help me and check me in. Waited about 30 minutes to check in. Lots of construction and crew working everywhere. Construction crew jumps in front of you at front desk and elevators like you are invisible. Pool water ice cold. Asked for 1st floor, due to traveling with 2 handicap children and got 4th floor. Extremely limited menu in restaurant. No ice machine on my floor. Stayed here about 20 times in past 16 years and it’s get worse and worse»

«Had a problem with the lights not going on. They immediately gave me another room. The front desk staff was nice and efficient.»

«A comfortable clean stay.»

«Best place to stay if you want walkable to downtown FXBG.»

«I don't like that you can't smoke.»

«Stay was Great»

«The staff was helpful and enjoyed the breakfast. The bar downstairs was delightful.»
