Lesson Learned:
Key didn’t work, had to change rooms it was a door issue. Bathroom had mold on shower curtain and hair in tub. Requested Housekeeping, they didnt come. After first night, requested again, was told every 3 days, unless special request. Really, I asked twice.
Hot water was non existent (Luke warm at best) no water pressure. Nights two & three were noisy with kids running up and down the halls. Parking is a mess, there’s a resturant and two hotels sharing one lot, good luck getting a spot.
The printer in the business center didn’t work, the indoor pool was closed for maintenance And don’t look for a luggage rack to check out. People apparently take them to their rooms the night before and keep them so have them at check out. The front desk is aware of this behavior and doesn’t see it as an issue.
The evening attendant was very nice, but unfortunately had zero ability to correct the issues. She did her best to accommodate all the guests but had no support or authority to correct many of the issues.
