«This was the second time we stay here for our annual girls weekend. The house is so well decorated, clean and very spacious for a group to just hang out and enjoy the time there. We would definitely stay there again if we do another trip to Washington, MO.»

«The hosts were amazing!! They left us a bottle of wine and some trail mix and nuts upon our arrival. The house has spectacular charm and just sitting in the house for breakfast was a really treat.I highly recommend this rental, especially in the summer due to the very nice swimming pool in the back yard. I gave 4 stars because during our visit the hot tub was slightly low in water level, the water had a noticeable 'off' smell to it, was slightly turbid, and looked like it needed a good cleaning. ...

«Hosts were great, helpful and responsive. The Home is amazingly historic and so certainly has its limits, but it should not mean it cannot be warm and comfortable with decor and furnishings. There is no HVAC upstairs so space heaters were fussy to maintain and keep on with timers, etc. There is only two lamps in the home, so all rooms rely on ceiling fan lights - which are effective but do not allow a more relaxed evening or early morning atmosphere. «The location is perfect. Very close to the old downtown area and bike/hiking trail. The beds were extremely comfortable and the fenced in backyard was perfect. A bonus was the family of three red shoulder hawks that made regular visits to the backyard.»
