«I was never so disgusted with a room. I booked it on Expedia, and there was no mention of smoking or non-smoking rooms. When we checked in late at night, we were too tired to leave and find another hotel even though it was run down and we feared the rooms would be bad. The room smelled of heavy, disgusting, old smoke. «Know that it's not so much a "hotel" as a VRBO-style room. Sometimes finding someone on staff (for ice, extra towels, body wash ran out, coffee pods) could be a bit of a challenge. When we did, however, find staff to assist, they were VERY helpful! There is a restaurant on site (that was exceptional, by the way) is not always open (like Mondays and Tuesdays). That could be a seasonal thing??»
