«Loved the Delegate! Nicely done boutique hotel. Great location in between Lexington and Louisville for great spots along the bourbon Trail. Very close to Buffalo Trace, Castle and Key and Woodford. The Cypress and Oak Restaurant in the Delegate had great food and cocktails. Highly recommend! »

«Simple checkin and parking. Hospitable staff. Undergoing renovation in main areas, which I knew when booked. It should be nice when they are done. Spacious but outdated room. Carpet was very old and stained and smelled like dog when we did not bring a pet ourselves so shouldn’t have been put in that room. Pet rooms should be allocated to guests with pets. Breakfast subpar. Walkable to historical downtown which was really cool. Also had free trolley tour hop on and off which stopped right inside ...

«The place and the staff were excellent. Polite and helpful. The continental breakfast was a bit on the lean side but that's not a big problem since easy to get food nearby. I'd stay there again, for sure.»

«The dishwasher in our room had something spilled on the front of it that was not cleaned. I arrived early at 2pm and stood at the desk for about 10 minutes while the attendant sat at a table looking at his phone before he noticed me. Then, could not do an early check in, even though it was only an hour before. When I returned after 3pm to check in there were 3 people ahead of me waiting. Seemed like they were not very efficient. »

«The room was generally clean and comfortable, with just a few areas that could use some attention—such as a light touch-up of paint around the windows and some hard water buildup on the shower head. The carpet showed a bit of staining, but it didn’t take away from the overall stay. The staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was enjoyable with a good variety of options.»

«Staff was great and actually found a room that was blocked off for us after Expedia had a miscommunication and the St Clair did not have our reservation. Luckily the owner was inside and sat with his laptop and got us taken care of. Had he not been there we would not have had a room that we had a confirmation and paid for. Great place. Terrible customer service by Expedia!!»
