«The room was the size of a shoebox and it was absolutely painful to try to get an upgrade. For nearly $1,000 to stay I expected gold treatment being on a gold floor. Check in line was 20 minutes wait and they had the wrong last name on file. I waited over an hour for ice and a wine glass and had to call to remind them. Checkout was awful as my valet parking attendant decided not to tell me they were stuck in the underground parking and the gate would not open as I am trying to get ready for a ...
