«I’m not terribly picky but a property needs to be clean. The dish cloths were obviously dirty, the first thing I pulled out of the utensil drawer which were scissors were filthy and the tv remote looked like it had never been cleaned. There was a fly infestation. I DON’T mind a few flies we live on a ranch but flies were everywhere and dead ones all over the floor. We chose not to stay. »
