1. The heater at the room is not working. When we entered the room between 11pm and 12mn, the heater was not turned on. We hit the power button, but after a few seconds it automatically turned off. We waited a few minutes and turned it on again, but it shut down again. This time, we tried to call the front desk and told them what happened. Instead of helping us, he sounded like he was blaming it on us. He asked us what we did, because the previous occupants of the same room had no complaints whatsoever. He then instructed us to reset the heater by pulling the plug out and plugging it back in after a few seconds. Though disappointed, we followed his instructions. However, it did not work, so we called him again. And this time, he told us to go down to the lobby so he could lend us a portable heater.
2. The drain of the bathtub is not working well. On the night of December 31, I used the tub to wash my face and observed that the water was draining very slowly. The following day, when we used the shower, it was draining very slowly and the water was pooling.
