«the cottage was very cold on arrival, we were unable to get the heating to work due to a fault, we contacted the number supplied, a plumber came in 30 minutes problem solved. The front door which is a the side, it is very difficult to open and close we got it eventually but does need some adjustment. Everything else was lovely would not stop us from staying again. «We have been coming to this area once or twice a year for 23 years. My son and his family, live in the area. We are from the United States. We prefer the self catering rather than the bed and breakfast type places because we are jet lagged and tend to sleep in. We also don’t eat a large breakfast. So this type of stay allows us to not bother our family and we have all the comforts of home. It also serves as a home base so we can have day trips and have a place to come back to and rest.
