«Clean room. Slept well. Hotel was also clean. However, the breakfast time was the worst I’ve had and maybe forever. I believe they were shortstaffed. I went at 9 o’clock for breakfast. There was not one can of coffee out. Other foods were half full and not very warm. There were no spoons at all, even to eat oatmeal. I used a fork. I did go to the front desk and she came after a while and got me some coffee. I knocked on the kitchen door and she was inside washing cleaning. I’m just saying I ...

«Host was helpful by answering all my questions before my stay. Pool wasn’t quite as warm as I imagined it’d be but the kids didn’t mind. Hot tub was perfect. Pinball was a huge hit for everyone! Only 1 of the 2 worked though. There were plenty of movies to watch on the TVs. Fireplaces were lovely and cozy! The outside scenery was beautiful and peaceful. The wrap around deck from garage to pool was nice too. »

«The home was very clean and was very inviting. We had an early family Thanksgiving…and our family enjoyed it immensely. The game room, swimming pool, and upstairs play area were huge hits. The kitchen was well stocked. The house was decorated for Christmas which was a nice touch. We had plenty of room to celebrate. The beds were comfortable and the bath towels and swim towels were plentiful. We definitely want to come back.»

«Our stay was booked for 12/29-1/2. the heat thermostat didnt work. i notified the host & he suggested to give it time to heat up. we were in condo for hours & temperature did not get above 50 degrees. The fan would run but heat would not kick on. I found tampons/pads in both bathroom trashcans, trash behind console in livingroom, gummy candy on floor, water bottle in freezer, water in bathroom sink (unable to drain), used shampoo/toothpaste.
