«A1 from top to bottom! Sean and family are absolute superstars! Cannot recommend highly enough!»

«Fantastic place. So clean»

«Very handy location close to where we needed to be in Chelmsford. Certainly more room that a budget hotel wih everything you need, including safe parking.»

«Really comfortable bed. Super clean. Great for a couple of nights stay. Close to the University to meet up with our daughter. Would recommend the Beth Chatto Garden near by for a visit. »

«Just like the pictures. The apartment has two spacious bedrooms and a bathroom on the upstairs floor and a small kitchenette right by the entrance. The bedrooms have enough storage for clothes and other belongings. The fridge is small, but enough for one person and the pantry is spacious. The heating works well and keeps the place warm during the cold months. I stayed for three months and had everything I needed, except for a washing machine, but there are laundromats in the city centre. The ...

«What a beautiful cottage. We had an amazingly, relaxing time and would highly recommend.»

«No checking in service at all. No prior instructions were given. We were helped into our apartment by the lady who owns the jewellers downstairs. We were woken at 6.45am on a Sunday to the sound of scaffolders and a traffic management company setting up to commence install scaffolding at 7am on the building we are in with no prior communication from the host this would be happening otherwise I wouldn't have booked there. Another point I would like to make is that for safety we think there should be a hand rail on the stairs as they are quite steep and there is nothing to hold on to. Location is central to going places in the area.»

«Amazing property. Beautiful and quiet»

«Ideally situated at a farm with fields around. Compact property with living room/kitchen, bedroom and shower room/toilet. Very comfortable. TV in living room. Very warm reception from our host, Emma, who kept enquiring for further needs.»

«Great property, location and communication »

«Excellent stay in luxury Shepherds Hut with all you could need. Sorry we didnt get to use the log burner, but we were out every night at the excellent pub restaurants near by. Thank you.»

«Old Carriage House converted into a wonderful apartment. We loved the location of this stay. We were just a short walk down from Colchester Castle and High Street, where we could find a wide range of pubs, restaurants, and shops. The city centre train station was just a short walk away as well. Thank you to our host for the awesome check-in and also for the lift to the "other" train station for our trip back into London. If we are ever in the Colchester area again, we will definitely stay ...
