«67 years old and was placed on second floor all the way to the end. Was to far to walk back and forth to elevator for pool or breakfast. No near by vending machines or ice Bed cover was stained. No shower wash very very small bottles of shampoo and conditioner. One wash cloth. Window blinds were ripped. Did not enjoy my stay»

«The room was awesome loved the walk in shower and the little nook for your towel so you don't even have to get out. Loved the mirror as well and the microwave mini fridge and coffee station it was all hidden only thing I didn't like was paying $15 for parking»

«The room was a nice size. The beds were comfortable. The room was worn and not terribly clean. It felt like it really needed a good deep cleaning, more in depth vacuuming scrubbing. The hotel is just getting older. The breakfast was mediocre, but there were choices. It wasn't bad, it just needed a little love. And for the price and location, it was fine.»

«We recently stayed at Hilton Garden Inn Lansing West and had mixed feelings about the experience. At first glance, the hotel and room appeared clean and well maintained. The common areas were presentable, and the room initially gave a positive impression. Unfortunately, that impression changed when I went to take a shower. I found a used bar of soap left behind on a shower ledge that clearly had not been wiped down between guests. Even more concerning, the shower floor was extremely slippery. ...

«Overall, the property was fine. Room was clean; staff was friendly; location was right off the highway (convenient); and the area was safe. My only criticism was that the A/C in the lobby either wasn't on or wasn't working, so it was quite warm. Fortunately, the A/C in my room was just fine. I would stay again if I needed a place to stay in that area.»

«I booked 2 days and the 2nd night, my partner and I had to work 3rd shift, so I requested a late check out of 1pm and told that would not be an issue. I received a call at 11:45 AM from the management telling me it wasn't ok and if I wasn't out by 12:30 I'd be charged. I'm a disabled full time wheelchair user, so it takes me a long time to get ready. So, I had to wake my partner up and we had to find a way to basically do the impossible or be charged even though the staff made the mistake and ...

«Was supposed to have 2 double beds but they sold out of rooms and gave us a king and a pullout couch. Not ideal for 4 people. Bathroom sink leaked water all over sink. A couple of giant bugs in room.»
