My stay was so disappointing. I booked this stay for a relaxing getaway before a major surgery. It was anything but relaxing. I asked for extra pillows in my room a week ahead of my stay, no pillows. The bedroom was not vacuumed! There were literal crumbs and finger nail pieces next to the bed. Also, the comforter had a red stain near the head which was disgusting. The tv did not work- shocking. You had to log into Netflix every time you turned on the tv- and if you didn’t pick a movie within TEN SECONDS, the tv went back to the main screen. Then you had to do it all over again. Amazon prime didn’t work on the tv, I asked, oh, they actually don’t have Amazon prime. The ac fans in the room would not stay on. Suddenly in the middle of the night it would blast heat and I had to get up every 2 hours to turn it back off. What I really wanted was the hot tub- when I arrived, the hot tub jets did not work- shocking again. There were also hoards of families with very loud kids cannonballing in the pool. There was no space in the pool area and it was LOUD. Now let’s talk about the room doors. You can hear every single door slam in the hallway. NONE of the doors closed gently- every single door slammed and woke us up ALL night. It was so forceful it shook the room. You can also hear every step of the people above you. Kids were running up and down the hallways the entire stay. I am so disappointed in what I thought was going to be a nice, quiet, clean hotel.Will not return.
