«We book the Majestic for one night as they had over 8+ on Expedia. Well, we arrived at reception. All went well until we were told the lift is out of action and being repaired. Which we later found out is the same story they have been telling guests for months. The very small room was embarrassing. A hole in the wall, electric socket not working, disgusting unwashed curtains, peeling paint everywhere, cracked sink, mould all over the shower head, broken wardrobe. The only plus was the bed ...

«Loved this accomodation. Everything is spotless! Gorgeous location and the twinkling fairy lights and campfires created such a gorgeous atmosphere at nighttime. Wish I didn’t have to rush off early, but will be back! Thank you to Billy and the team. Highly recommend.»

«Very clean, comfy bed, crisp white sheets, good shower. Would Def book again.»

«Great location, quick walk to Seaford station, and not too much further to the beach. Lovely town, can see why the hosts settled there. The room is clean and comfortable, and the bathroom is just a few steps outside.»

«I particularly liked that the room had a small kitchenette which is ideal if you're a solo traveller and don't always want to go out for meals.»

«The flat is in a great location. Just a short walk from everything. It was very clean and quite spacious. It was quite comfortable for us and our dog as well. All in all it was a very nice getaway to the sea.»

«Wonderful stay. Clean and with all the amenities you need. Great location. Privacy. Lovely pub with great food, super friendly. Had a small issue so we called Jonny who answered on the 2nd ring, talked us through the solution, and then gave us some tips on things to do. Great service. Highly recommend and we’ll be back in the autumn.»
