«Very nice room with large hot tub in it.»

«The property was excellent and the staff were for like the perfect getaway. Thank you.»

«Hotellet ligger i utkanten av Chicago, men selv uten bil var det uproblematisk å bo her og samtidig få med seg severdigheter i Chicago by. Rom og frokost var veldig bra. Dette hotellet kan anbefales!»

«The hotel was well maintained and looked very nice! The room furniture was clean but looks older. Breakfast was good. Overall, I would be happy to stay at this hotel in the future.»

«I was disappointed with Expedia’s customer service and its inability to accommodate a reasonable request. I booked a room for myself, my husband, and my son, but my plans changed, and I needed my adult son to use the reservation without me. I contacted Expedia several times to ask whether my son could check in with his own credit card, but Expedia referred me to the hotel, while the hotel referred me back to Expedia. «Property was unkept, room was dirty. Woman’s hair all over bathroom floor, dirty remote control, dirty sink. Expedia should not have this property on their list of recommendations. One outlet almost unusable and needed and needed an extension to work. Toilet way too low to the ground, hard for us to get up. AC a bit noisy. Free breakfast would be great, given the room cost.»

«Amazing»

«Rommet var ikke skikkelig rengjort. Gulvet var skitten. Stolen var sterk tilsmusset. Rommet var ikke støyisolert slik det sto i annonnsen. »

«Unfortunately all of the elevators in the building were out of service. I was contacted the day of my stay. The hotel staff was wonderful dealing with what must have been a difficult situation for them to manage. I was given a room on the second floor and had to walk up the emergency stairway to get there. The rooms are definitely showing their age. The mattresses are very uncomfortable.»
